Chaos Ultimatum may be cast with flash if {g} is spent to cast it.
Each player sacrifices all permanents they
control, then draws cards equal to the greatest
number of permanents sacrificed this way by one player. They may put any number of permanents
from their hand onto the battlefield.
End the turn.
