Chaos unbound

All targets are chosen at random.
Whenever a player casts a spell that player puts X cards at random from his or her hand on the bottom of his or her library then draw that many cards where X is the spell's converted mana cost.
Whenever a permanent becomes the target of a spell or ability, that permanent's controller may sacrifice a permanent. If they do that player copies that spell and chooses new target for the copy.
