Chaos Unleashed

Exile the top twenty cards of your library face down,
in a random order. Starting with you, each player chooses a face down card without looking until there are no cards left. Each player then reveals all cards chosen this way, and may cast spells chosen this way without paying their mana costs until the end
of your next turn.
