At the beginning of your upkeep shuffle your
library then reveal card from the top of your
library until you reveal a non-land permanent
card you may put that card onto the battlefield if
you do sacrifice 2 permanents and put the revealed
cards on the bottom of your library in a random
order. Any opponent may do the same, then if
they do repeat this process.
