Chaotic Birth

Player's hand sizes have no limit. Everyone draws
60 cards. Until the end of your opponents turn,
no one can lose the game. All players may place
an unlimited number of land cards untapped
onto the battlefield. You may spend that mana
this turn. Once both you and your opponent have
finished placing lands and/or casting spells,
return all but seven cards of your choice to
your library.
