Chaotic Contract

Propose an effect.
Starting with the Wizard on your left,
each Wizard chooses "Accept" or "Decline".
If at least one Wizard has declined, the effect applies to each Wizard that has accepted.
If everyone accepts, nothing happens.

Example effect: "Draw 2 cards but lose 10 life".
