Propose a self-targeting effect.
Starting with the Wizard on your left,
each Wizard chooses "Accept" or "Decline".
•If at least one Wizard declined, the effect
applies to each Wizard that accepted.
•If everyone accepted, nothing happens.

Example effect: "Draw 2 cards and lose 5 life".
Illegal effect: "Deal 5 damage to target Wizard"
