Chaotic Deal

Whenever a player searches his or her library for
a card, that player instead reveals the top card of
their library. If that card is a legal target of the
search, that player may draw that card. If not,
that card is exiled. You may cast that card for
as long as it remains exiled, and you may spend
mana as though it were mana of any type to cast
that spell.
