cards from the top of your library until you exile
a card that shares a card type with it. Cast that
card without paying its mana cost (regardless of
legal targets). Then shuffle all cards exiled with
this effect into your library.
Whenever a spell you cast is exiled, put a +1/+1 counter on Chaotic Dreamer.
