Charity with Motive

At the start of each player's upkeep, they may
reveal their hand. If they do and their hand has
no land cards, they may search their library for
a non-basic land card and put it onto the
battlefield, then shuffle their library. If an
opponent does this, draw two cards and gain
5 life. Opponents that do this can't attack you
or planeswalkers you control until the start
of their next turn.
