At the beginning of your end step, for each
opponent, choose up to one permanent you control.
Then, each opponent may gain control of the
chosen permanent. If they do, you create treasure tokens equal to the mana cost of that permanent.
At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, draw
a card for each permanent you own that that player controls.
