Whenever Chazaqiel, Fading Voice deals combat
damage to a player, put a dream counter onto
target creature. Each creature with a dream
counter on it has shadow.
When Chazaqiel, Fading Voice leaves the battlefield, remove all dream counters from all creatures, then draw a card for each counter
removed this way.
