protector, you may add a counter to this permanent
of a type that is already there.)
Whenever a creature you control leaves the battlefield, you may move one counter from it
onto Cheer of the Exalted One.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
your control, move a counter from Cheer of the Exalted One to that creature.
