Dusted! - When you planeswalk to Cheeto Bag,
both index fingers of each player become dusted.
Whenever a dusted finger touches a permanent
that finger's owner owns or a card in their hand
or graveyard, exile that card.
Whenever chaos ensues, each player chooses a
finger on each hand which isn't dusted. They
become dusted.
