Chemical Processing untaps during each other
player's untap step. Activated abilities of
Chemical Processing can't be activated while
Chemical Processing is tapped.
{3}: Tap Chemical Processing. Each player loses
2 life, then the last player who activated this
ability may have any target player other than the controller of Chemical Processing reveal their
hand and choose a noncreature, nonland card.
The targeted player discards that card. Any
player may activate this ability.
