: Lower the Pandemic meter by 1 while at home base. If theres a Plague in game also add 5 million.
: If a country is in quarantine you may immediatley move to a country in quarinitne without having to move 1 space at a time.
: You only need 35 million to eradicate the plague and you don't need to use an action to treat or quarantine a country.
