Child of Promise

Ward {x} - X is the number of lands you control.
When Child of Promise enters the battlefield, you
become the Monarch.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if they
have less lands than the monarch, they may search
their library for a basic land and put it onto the
battlefield tapped. If the player's library was
searched this way, that player shuffles.
