a creature in range. Make a ranged spell attack
against the creature. On a hit, the target takes
1D8 {b} damage, and it cannot regain hit points
until the start of your next turn. Struck undead
also have disadvantage on attack rolls against you
until the end of your next turn.
At Higher Levels: Damage increases by 1D8 at
5th, 11th, and 17th.
