Chilled Essence

This vial contains a single-use cold-resilient
armor coating (Cold Resilience), which may be
applied to a non-magical shield or chest armor.
When you make a saving throw against cold
damage, roll 1d6. You may then:
1) add the number rolled to the saving throw,
2) reduce any cold damage taken by the number
rolled, and
3) empower your next melee or spell attack made
within 1 minute with cold damage equal to the
number rolled.
