equip costs are reduced by {2}.
Freezing Pugilist —Whenever Chilly, Flamberge Artificer deals damage, target up to X creatures,
where X is the amount of equipment attached to
your creatures. Tap those targets. Each of those creatures doesn't untap during its controller's
next untap step.
