When Chinir, The Clever enters the battlefield you may reveal a dragon from your hand. If you do put a number of +1/+1 counters on Chinir, The Clever equal to the converted mana cost of the revealed dragon.
As long as Chinir, The Clever has a +1/+1 counter you may play an additional land each turn.
