If defending player controls an artifact, Chip,
Hoarder cannot be blocked.
Whenever a non-token artifact is put into a
graveyard from the battlefield, create a
Treasure token.
Whenever Chip, Hoarder deals combat damage
to a player, destroy target artifact with mana
value less than or equal to the amount of artifacts
you control.
