Chittering Choices

Target opponent and caster reveal their hands.
Target opponent then chooses as many cards
from the caster's hand to discard up. One card
from the caster's hand must be discarded this way.
For each card that is discarded from the caster's
hand this way, caster may either choose to discard
2 of the target opponent's cards OR Exile one of
the target opponent's cards. Cards exiled this way
may be cast by you with any color mana.
