Choking Dunes

Creatures can't attack unless its controller pays {1}.
If a creature attacks alone, it's controller sacrifices it at your next end step.
At the beginning of your end step, you lose three life unless a creature you control dealt combat damage to a player. If you did, you gain 1 life instead.
