Chompy Frostflower

When Chompy Frostflower deals damage to
any target, if that target was a creature, tap
that creature, that creature doesn't untap during it's controller's next untap step. Then Sacrifice Chompy Frostflower.
The Frostflower Chompy is a close cousin of the standard Chompy, however it has ice cold skin
and a freezing touch.
