Chronomatic Duplication

Copy target instant or sorcery spell. You may
choose new targets for the copy. If you cast this
card from your hand, Chronomatic Duplication
gains "Unseal X, where X is equal to the target
spell's converted mana cost."
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
remove a pact counter from Chronomatic
Duplication. When the last pact counter is
removed, you may cast it from exile.
