Chorus of Insanity

Whenever a player draws a card, if it is a nonland permanent, they discard it unless they pay two
life.
Each player draws an additional card on each of
their turns and reveals each card they draw.
At the beginning of the upkeep of each player,
that player shuffles their graveyard facedown and reveals the top card. They may pay 4 life to put it into
their hand.
