Chromatic Confusion

If an opponent would cast a spell, counter
that spell unless that opponent pays two
mana of that spell's color. (For
multicolored spells, two mana in any combination of that spell's colors may be paid.)
Any traveler that finds himself lost among the shifting colors is never seen again.
