Chromatic Denial

Creatures can't attack you unless, for each creature, that creature's controller pays two mana of that creature's color. (For multicolored creatures, two mana in any combination of that creature's colors may be paid.)
The shifting colors mesmerized them, and they simply forgot to bring down their swords.
