Chromonger

{t}: Add one mana of any color to your mana
pool. Then put a +1/+1 counter on Chromonger. Any player may activate this ability but only
once each turn.
In the process of its construction, the sparks that fly
off of Chromonger release sparks of mana. Allowing others who get a hold of it to make something of their own miraculous design.
