and artifacts come into play tapped.
Your opponents sorceries and enchantments gain Suspend 1 when cast. (Rather then cast that card
from their hand, they exile it with 1 time counter
on it. At the begin of their upkeep, they remove
a time counter. When the last time counter is
removed, they cast it without paying its mana
cost.)
