Chronolith enters the battlefield with X time counters on it.
Whenever a player casts a spell, put a time counter on Chronolith.
Once each turn, if you would lose life, you may remove that many time counters from Chronolith instead.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may remove a time counter from Chronolith. If you do, choose one —
