Deserts you control gain “{2}, {t}: Time travel.”

Whenever a player would cast a spell, you may add three time counters on a spell you control in exile. If you do, counter target spell and exile it with three time counters. If it doesn’t have suspend, it gains suspend.

Chronos gets +1/+0 for each time counter on the field and in exile
