+1: Exile target permanent until your next turn. If the card's converted mana cost is less than Chronos's loyalty, gain control of it instead.
-2: Cast one spell that's converted mana cost is less than or equal to Chronos' Loyalty Counters. These spells can be cast as though they had flash.
-X: Target opponent's creatures get -X/-X until end of turn, for each creature destroyed this way, that opponent gains that many Poison Counters.
