When Chungus enters the battlefield you can
tap {u}{u} to give +2/+2 to every creature you
control.
{t}{u}{u}: Give a +1/+1 to creatures you control
When you tap {u}{u} it does not affect Chungus.
When it dies pay {u}{u} to flip over to make it a 1/1 creature.
