Churning the Earth

{g}, {t}: Choose a zone. For each player,
choose a card they own from that zone and shuffle it into their library.
{4}{g}, Sacrifice Churning the Earth: Name
any number of zones. Each player shuffles
each card they own in each of those zones
into their library. (Shuffle all the cards at
once, but they still count as separate shuffles.)
