When Cie, the Frozen Heart, enters the
battlefield, exile target instant or sorcery card
from a graveyard. You may cast that card and you
may spend mana as though it were mana of any
color to cast that spell as long as you control Cie,
the Frozen Heart.
Whenever you cast a spell exiled by Cie, the
Frozen Heart, exile her, then return her to the
battlefield transformed under her owner's
control.
