Cilag, the Flame Scry

At the beginning of your upkeep scry 1. If its a creature card you may reveal it and put 2 -1/-1 counters on target creature. If it's an instant or sorcery, you may reveal it and deal 4 damage to target creature or player. If it's a land card, you may reveal it and have target player put the top 3 cards of his/her library into his/her graveyard.
