If your proposal of casting or copying Circumelectocution consisted of the most words amongst proposals of casting or copying a spell named “Circumelectrocution” this turn, Circumelectrocution deals an additional 2 damage to that player. That player may copy Circumelectrocution if they have not cast or copied a red spell this turn.
