Circumvent Balaur

Whenever Circumvent Balaur leaves the battlefield you may pay {1}{u}{r}, if you do, exile Circumvent Balaur with three time counters on it and it gains suspend.
When you cast Circumvent Balaur from exile, reveal the top ten cards of your library, then put them back in any order. Circumvent Balaur enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it, where X is equal to the converted mana cost of each card revealed this way.
