Circus Parade

At the beginning of each Player's upkeep,
create a 0/3 clown creature token with
Juggle (This creature gets +1/+0 for
each other creature with juggle on the
Battlefield) .
Clown creatures cannot be blocked.
If I see another clown, we will have a problem.
