Whenever Cirilla deals combat damage to a player, exile cards until you exile a nonland
card. You may cast the exiled card without paying its mana cost if it's a spell with mana
value less than or equal to Cirilla's power. Put
the rest of the cards exiled this way on the
bottom of your library in a random order.
