• Cirix deals 1 damage to that player for each spell
that has been cast this turn.
• Each of that player's opponents draws a card for
each spell that has been cast this turn.
• Each of that player's opponents creates a X/X
blue and red Weird creature token where X is the number of spells that have been cast this turn.
