As Citadel Rebellion enters the battlefield,
choose Rebels or Dragonlords.
• Rebels —Creatures you control with +1/+1
counters on them have vigilance and reach.
• Dragonlords —Whenever a creature you
control deals combat damage to a player, you
gain life equal to the damage dealt.
