Ability: You are allowed to upgrade Tiles surrounding your city. This affects all players (2 wood, 2 stone, 1 sheep) once upgraded place a dice onto that city. Every upgrade will increase the number of items yielded from that city or the odds of the roll for that city.
Hidden Gem: You are rewarded one bonus resource per roll for any hex you own that yields a resource that turn. When you have no cities or settlements within a 4 tile radius.
