When CJ enters or attacks, you may look at the top card of each opponent's library, then exile one face down with a draft counter on it.

You may play cards from exile with draft counters on them. You may pay mana of any color to cast a card exiled with a draft counter.

Cards you play from exile cost {1} less to cast.
