Claiming the Horizons

You may play lands from exile.
Whenever a land enters the battlefield, exile the
top card of your library face up, then choose a
card you own in exile. You may play that card
until end of turn
Run as you might, the horizons will always be just
out of reach. This is why you don't run, but walk
towards it with glee.
