If a creature you control would deal an amount
of combat damage to a player, you may have it
destroy target nonland permanent with mana
value less than the amount that player controls
instead.
Request Troops - Whenever chaos ensues, search
target opponent's library for a creature card with
mana value 5 or less and put it onto the
battlefield under your control. That player
shuffles.
