Clash in the Courtyard

Council's dilemma - Starting with you, each player
votes for recursion, power or vanish. For each recursion vote, each player returns a creature card
from their graveyard to their hand. For each
power vote, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature.
For each vanish vote, each player puts a creature
they own on the bottom of its owners library.
Then you gain 2 life for each recursion vote,
create a 0/1 white Spirit token for each power
vote and draw a card for each vanish vote.
