Clash of the Wiz

At the beginning of each players upkeep, that player guess if the casting cost of the card is odd or even and reveals the top card of his/her library. If that player has a right guess, he/she may have Clash of the Wiz deals 3 damage to target creature or player. Otherwise, Clash of the Wiz deals 3 damage to that player.
